Siwertell road-mobile 5 000 S
The first road-mobile unloader model introduced to the market was the Siwertell 5 000 S, making its debut in Memphis, USA, in 1991. Nowadays, its design is essentially the same as it was originally, with incremental developments, derived from customer experiences, enhancing its performance over the years.
The Siwertell 5 000 S is the smallest road-mobile model and is most efficient at operating in vessels of around 5,000 dwt. It handles a wide range of dry bulk materials and offers a continuous rated capacity of up to 300t/h.
The Siwertell 5 000 S is designed to be self-supporting. The most common installations have the 5 000 S mounted onto a two-axle trailer, enabling the ship unloader to be transported on the road directly after it is folded away, without any further disassembly. Many customers who require a totally flexible solution choose the Siwertell 5 000 S.
Since the Siwertell 5 000 S was introduced, continuous product development enabled the introduction of new models to meet changing market demands; the 10 000 S and 15 000 S.
