Double-bellow system
The up and down movements of the loading bellows are electrically-operated from the ground, via a wireless control box, or from the electrical connection box at the bellows. A level guard sends a stop signal to the unloader, indicating that the receiving equipment, for instance a truck, belt conveyor or rail wagon, cannot receive any more material.
The double-bellows system makes it possible to load at two points alternately using internal slide gates, ensuring that unloading can continue during truck or wagon changeovers. This feature can be automatically-controlled via the PLC or manually from the wireless control box.
Single-bellow system
When only a single loading point is required the single bellow or loading chute option is available.
