Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for a customer-focused, self-motivated regional sales manager who will work as part of a dedicated team based in Bjuv, located just outside of Helsingborg, Sweden.

Your role

As a regional sales manager primarily in Europa and Middle East (and/or Africa) your main responsibilities will include the management of all sales activities within your assigned work region, including the negotiation of contracts and the provision of comprehensive quotations based on the individual needs of a potential customer’s technical and financial circumstances.

You will be accountable for the pro-active processing of your region’s dry bulk handling market and look for opportunities and growth through different sales and marketing approaches.

You will work closely with existing, new and potential customers, communicating with them to assess their operational needs and conveying the benefits that our technology can offer. Developing and maintaining these relationships and those of our representatives’ network, are an essential element of the role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for conducting market research and resource analysis.

The role is characterized by variety and a fast-paced work environment, which demands that you are able to quickly switch between tasks and manage these from a variety of perspectives.

As the position implies, you will be required to travel for approximately 70 days/year. 

About you

Our ideal candidate have an educational background in engineering at university level, or equivalent, and a minimum of two years relevant work experience, preferably within technical B2B sales. We are looking for a person who has excellent communication skills, with a passion for creating value for our customers; your personal characteristics are key to this success.

As a person, you are business-minded and objective. You are self-motivated, enterprising and committed. In addition, you possess a strong internal drive and have the ability to see solutions and achieve set goals.

To succeed in this role, you should be fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish. Other languages are an advantage, along with experience in international contract law.
