IT Project & Architecture Coordinator (Group IT)

Job description
Do you want to contribute to the digital transformation of a growing international industrial group? We are now recruiting an IT Project & Architecture Coordinator to join our Group IT function, based at our headquarters in Stockholm.

You will work closely with the Group CIO and play a key role in driving and structuring key IT initiatives across systems, vendors and sites. This is a hands-on role for someone with technical insight, project coordination skills, and a drive to improve how IT supports the business.

You will:

• Coordinate and support IT initiatives (CPQ, license management, cloud, etc.)
• Document and align system architecture and integration points
• Follow up on delivery, roadmaps and execution status
• Contribute to Group IT governance and documentation
• Ensure execution continuity and technical support to Group CIO

About you

You have a solid understanding of IT projects, infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 environments. You are proactive and structured and thrive in a role where you get to manage details, drive initiatives forward and collaborate across functions.

We believe you have:

• 5+ years of experience from IT project work or technical coordination
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 & Azure (e.g. Intune, compliance)
• Experience working with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Fluent English (Swedish is a plus)
