Out now: latest edition of Bruks Siwertell News

19 May 2025

Bruks Siwertell Group has launched the latest issue of its company magazine, Bruks Siwertell News, showcasing high-performance dry bulk handling and wood-processing technologies and services that are helping customers meet today’s challenges and anticipate tomorrow’s needs.

In a world of accelerating change, this latest edition explores how the company continues to lead the way in providing resilient, sustainable, and innovative solutions across global industries, and marks a period of transition, strategic growth, and renewed leadership focus.

A notable item is the announcement of Clas Gunneberg as the new CEO, Bruks Siwertell Group. Gunneberg succeeds Peter Jonsson, who has stepped down after eight successful years at the helm. Under Jonsson’s leadership, the Group saw significant development and operational growth.

“It is a true honor to take on the role of CEO at Bruks Siwertell,” says Gunneberg. “The companies within our Group each have a proud history and offer world-class products and services. I see immense potential in uniting our strengths to deliver even greater value to our customers.”

Gunneberg brings with him a strong track record of leading international businesses through transformation and expansion. He is already engaging with teams across all Group companies to build on existing momentum, while finalizing a forward-looking strategy focused on digitalization, sustainability, and innovation.

“Customers are at the core of our strategy,” he emphasizes. “Everything we do must benefit them. I look forward to meeting as many as possible and continuing our tradition of customer-centric excellence.”

The new magazine also highlights Bruks Siwertell’s role in supporting the transition to a circular carbon economy, particularly through its biomass handling and processing systems. Demand continues to grow for sustainable equipment that enables maximum efficiency and minimizes environmental impact.

Featured stories include the integration of chipping and waste-wood solutions for sawmills, long-term success in the recycling industry with an all-electric grinder, and the growing importance of climate-resilient dry bulk handling equipment in port terminals. Flexible dry bulk handling arrangements on the quayside, with mobile Siwertell ship unloading technology, are also proving to be invaluable solutions for multipurpose ports.

In addition, the issue highlights the Group’s sustainability developments, and presents newly introduced, customizable service agreements for wood-processing customers; another step in the company’s commitment to lifetime equipment support.

“As industries around the world adapt to new realities, Bruks Siwertell stands ready to help customers not just respond to change, but lead the way,” says Gunneberg.
