Bruks Siwertell strengthens European biomass operations

Bruks Siwertell is strengthening its European Biomass business by consolidating industrial operations at its established facility in Arbrå, Sweden.

Customer demand is increasingly shifting towards complete systems and modular solutions, creating a need for closer coordination across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing and assembly. The new setup will simplify coordination and create a more efficient, integrated and competitive operating model.

As part of this change, manufacturing and assembly activities currently carried out in Hirtscheid, Germany, will therefore be transferred to Arbrå, where an established industrial footprint and suitable capabilities for production and assembly are already in place. The transition will also include the transfer of relevant product knowledge and manufacturing know-how from the German organization.

Arbrå will become the central hub for industrial operations supporting Bruks Siwertell’s European biomass business.

The German operation will continue to play a central commercial and technical role within the European Biomass organization, with Sales, Service and Support, Spare Parts, Product Design and Project Management continuing to support customers and partners globally.

The transition is planned to be completed during 2027. Throughout the process, Bruks Siwertell will remain focused on fulfilling its customer commitments and ensuring continuity for ongoing orders and projects.
