The Board of Bruks Siwertell Group AB appoints Clas Gunneberg as CEO

The Board of Directors of Bruks Siwertell Group AB has appointed Clas Gunneberg as Chief Executive Officer. Clas has served as Interim CEO of the company since March 2025 and now assumes the role of CEO following a completed recruitment process.

During his time as Interim CEO, Clas Gunneberg has created stability in the business and initiated the execution of the company’s recently defined strategy. The Board considers that, through his clear leadership and extensive industrial experience, Clas has established a strong foundation for the company’s continued development.

Clas Gunneberg has a long and solid background from international industrial companies and has held several senior executive positions as CEO and Group CEO, including at Piab Group and Mobile Climate Control Group. He has extensive experience in leading complex organizations, driving transformation and delivering profitable growth over time.
